Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as a Talent Partner for multiple technical business units (BUs) worldwide. This is a hands-on recruiting role with additional leadership responsibilities, including managing hiring initiatives, recruitment metrics, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring efforts, and offer negotiations.

·        Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

·        Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and provide consultative support on talent-related matters.

·        Continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools in collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers.

·        Run and interpret data analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness.

·        Lead or contribute to broader HR and organizational initiatives.

·        Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.

·        Represent Binance at job fairs, university events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

·        Minimum 7 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within top-tier tech companies or Web3/blockchain environments.

·        Proven success in hiring for senior-level technical roles.

·        Solid understanding and genuine interest in Web3 technologies and blockchain.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

·        Excellent multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·        Experience using recruitment data and KPIs to guide hiring decisions.

·        Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.

·        Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
