Focus: API support for trading clients — mainly high-frequency traders (HFTs), algorithmic/quant funds

Languages Required: English & Mandarin

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to institutional clients using API-based trading (in high-volume environments)
• Respond to critical incidents, troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Communicate clearly with developers, PMs, support, and VIP clients
• Participate in roadmap planning and cross-functional collaborations
• Improve processes, coach others, and document technical workflows
• Ensure support quality and efficiency continue to evolve and improve

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Core:

• 5+ years in a technical or support engineering role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (a must for internal and client communications)
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• Strong communication skills — can talk fluently with engineers, PMs, and clients
• Familiarity with software development practices and coding standards

💡 Bonus / Preferred:

• Experience with:
• Quantitative trading systems
• Market data APIs and order execution
• Cloud migration (hybrid architectures a plus)
• Open-source tools and frameworks
• Strong data analysis skills — especially in crypto or financial markets
