About the Role:

Join Binance’s TechOps team to provide high-level technical support for API trading services used by VIP institutional clients (e.g., HFT, algo funds). This role focuses on production support, customer engagement, and collaboration with global internal teams to ensure high system reliability and trading performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle real-time technical support for API trading issues in a high-frequency production environment
• Investigate complex API-related incidents and coordinate escalations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (Product, Development, Infra) and VIP clients
• Prioritize and resolve multiple issues in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Drive process improvements, document support flows, and help onboard and train clients or internal teams
• Collaborate on product iteration, feature rollouts, and release planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical support, engineering, or a similar technical role
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential for client and internal coordination)
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Math, or similar fields
• Familiarity with software development practices and system architecture
• Strong communication skills—able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with quantitative or algorithmic trading systems
• Strong skills in data analysis, particularly in trading environments
• Background in designing and migrating large-scale systems, including hybrid cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with open-source tools or contributions
