Senior TMS Compliance Analyst - Charlotte, NC

🧾 Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth transaction monitoring investigations (alerts, law enforcement referrals, and escalations)
• Draft and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Analyze KYC data, account behavior, and on-chain activity to assess risks
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation in compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations
• Collaborate with internal partners (QA, Financial Crime Risk, etc.)
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments
• Work a 24/7 schedule — weekend and night shifts may be required

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years experience in financial services, crypto, compliance, or legal
• Solid knowledge of BSA/AML laws, SAR writing, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, documentation, and narrative-writing skills
• Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, Word
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

💡 Preferred / Nice to Have

• Certifications: CAMS, CFCS, CFE
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or related field
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Hummingbird, Salesforce
• Experience working with outsourced compliance teams or vendors
• Background in crypto transaction monitoring or blockchain analytics tools
