Role Overview:

As a Senior TMS Quality Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing end-to-end investigations related to compliance and regulatory matters. You will work with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and other support functions to ensure production and quality standards are maintained. You’ll independently manage tasks, provide feedback to agents, and contribute to continuous improvement in compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigative reviews to support BSA/AML regulatory compliance, including analyzing transaction monitoring alerts and referrals.
• Gather and assess transaction activity, KYC information, and conduct due diligence research to evaluate customer behavior.
• Document investigations and provide written narratives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to incorporate feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry standards in KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC, and apply these regulations to investigations.
• Handle data from systems, following Coinbase procedures to investigate and document alerts.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or compliance.
• 3+ years of experience in quality review and control frameworks.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AML or Fraud certification (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE).
• Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience (CX).
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Hummingbird, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Target Salary: $99,365 USD/year
