🧠 Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FinCrime & Compliance teams to improve efficiency and reduce compliance risks
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and support operational decisions
• Build and maintain AML detection systems, ML models, and analytics engines
• Support audits through QA testing, model tuning, and compliance reviews
• Identify business opportunities and drive them from proof-of-concept to deployment

🧩 Requirements (Must-Have)

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (PhD is a plus)
• 💼 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist (preferably in FinTech, blockchain, or on-chain analysis)
• 💻 Proficiency in:
• Python
• SQL
• ML model deployment using AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, etc.)
• ✅ Experience building and maintaining production-level ML models
• 🔍 Comfort working on ad hoc analytics tasks and product-focused projects
• 📖 Strong reading ability of technical English (journals, conference papers, etc.)
• 🌐 Familiarity with international best practices and tech trends
