Role Overview:

Binance is looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in user experience to optimize and enhance the user journey across our Web3 products. You will lead UX improvements through data-driven decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless, user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map, analyze, and optimize user flows to solve pain points with intuitive, logical solutions.
• Use user research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to uncover needs and inform UX improvements.
• Lead design of features and process enhancements focused on polished and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business teams to implement and iterate UX initiatives.
• Employ analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine UX optimizations.
• Stay current with trends in financial and Web3 UX, proposing innovative improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong UX focus.
• Experience in financial tech or Web3 (DeFi, wallets, NFTs) is highly preferred.
• Deep sensitivity to user experience and strong logical problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with passion for creating intuitive product experiences.
• Proficiency with analytics and UX tools such as Figma.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
