The Opportunity

Crypto.com is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to lead product development for its retail trading platform. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of product vision, customer empathy, and execution excellence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, growth, and marketing teams to ship features that shape the future of trading on a global scale.

You’ll own the roadmap, drive development from idea to launch, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute product strategy for trading features and tools
• Build and manage the product roadmap, align with business priorities and technical constraints
• Write clear and actionable product specs, oversee backlog grooming, QA coordination, and go-live execution
• Conduct customer interviews and collect insights to guide decision-making
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to keep Crypto.com ahead of the curve
• Partner with design and engineering to ship user-friendly, high-performing features
• Champion customer needs while balancing business goals and technical feasibility

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of product management experience (senior candidates welcome)
• Proven success in launching and iterating software or fintech products at scale
• Strong data-informed mindset and empathy for end users
• Experience in retail trading, finance, or gamification is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong initiative, ownership mindset, and a passion for problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
