Role Overview

As a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and maintain large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure systems. You’ll work closely with Development and QA teams to enhance infrastructure architecture, automate workflows, improve observability, and resolve production issues with scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain automation tools to boost engineering productivity
• Propose and drive infrastructure and process improvements
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on production issues
• Automate continuous delivery and capacity management
• Build and maintain infrastructure & configuration for internal deployments
• Track, update, and resolve technical issues
• Evaluate new tech and vendor solutions
• Ensure system security with best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles
• Experience architecting/supporting large-scale distributed production systems
• Proficient with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Hands-on with config management tools: SaltStack, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Docker, etc.
• Solid Linux and networking knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
