Position: Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer (IC Role)

Location: Hybrid – Budapest, Hungary

Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Lead infrastructure and DevOps initiatives for Binance's global-scale systems. You'll design, implement, and improve critical infrastructure, deployment processes, and system observability, ensuring reliability and scalability across services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain tools to automate operations and improve productivity
• Drive architecture enhancements and operational improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Automate CI/CD and capacity management workflows
• Develop infrastructure/configuration for internal deployments
• Ensure system security and evaluate new technologies

Requirements:

• 8+ years in DevOps or system architecture for large-scale systems
• Strong experience with AWS/GCP and distributed systems
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Skilled in tools like SaltStack, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Docker
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
