Role Overview

We seek a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies for Pinkvilla.com and future digital properties. This role focuses on technical SEO, content optimization, and data-driven growth to enhance organic traffic and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SEO efforts, including technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with tech, product, editorial, and social teams to boost organic traffic.
• Lead and manage an SEO team, ensuring high performance.
• Develop SEO-driven content strategies and execution plans.
• Oversee link-building efforts and maintain ethical backlink strategies.
• Manage Google Analytics dashboards and SEO reporting tools.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

Who You Are

✔ 4+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record in organic growth.

✔ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

✔ Background in news/media industry preferred.

✔ Strong expertise in technical SEO, multilingual content, and data-driven strategies.

✔ Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
