Role Overview

As a Tech SEO Manager, you will take ownership of Crypto.com’s technical SEO strategy across international markets. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the website’s technical performance, driving organic visibility, and ensuring scalable SEO practices are integrated across our global digital ecosystem. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and content teams to ensure SEO excellence at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical SEO Strategy & Execution
• Lead and execute technical SEO initiatives across multiple global websites.
• Ensure best practices are in place for crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and internal linking.
• Develop and maintain a robust framework for international SEO, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting.
• Site Health & Performance Optimization
• Audit and enhance Core Web Vitals and other performance-related metrics.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues through structured testing and collaboration with dev teams.
• Conduct regular health checks and performance audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with engineers and product teams to ensure SEO is embedded in development cycles.
• Support major CMS migrations, re-platforming, and website restructuring projects with minimal SEO disruption.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Set up scalable processes to track performance and report key SEO metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve organic visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally in fast-paced, international environments.
• Proven track record managing SEO for global brands with multilingual and multi-regional content.
• Deep understanding of:
• Core Web Vitals, website speed, and mobile performance
• Structured data/schema markup
• Hreflang tags and international SEO best practices
• Strong experience with technical SEO tools:
• Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Experience leading CMS migrations and maintaining SEO continuity through large-scale website transitions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills – able to work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content strategists.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in crypto, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and how they affect SEO.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and its SEO implications.
• Experience implementing and testing SEO recommendations using tag management systems and analytics tools.
