💰 Salary Range: $186,065 – $218,900 + bonus + benefits

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Develop secure smart contracts and backend infrastructure to bridge Coinbase users with the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Drive protocol innovation and help standardize interfaces across the DeFi landscape.
• Work cross-functionally with Base leadership and product teams to shape onchain strategy.
• Mentor teammates on best practices in smart contract development and security.

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Solidity / smart contract dev experience.
• 3+ years of backend or frontend development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Ethereum and DeFi protocols.
• Strong grasp of smart contract security and industry best practices.
• Passion for building robust, scalable, and decentralized infrastructure.

⭐ Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Go (Golang).
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs / zk-tech.
• Active open-source contributions (especially to crypto projects).
• Crypto-native experience: using dApps, ENS, interacting with Ethereum wallets.
