Job Title: SMB Sales Representative
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid; in-office required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and pursue SMB sales leads
- Conduct phone and Zoom product demos
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover business challenges
- Close deals and manage contract execution
- Collaborate with distributors and strategic partners for lead generation
- Participate in sales campaigns and weekly performance reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in inside/outside B2B sales
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Energetic, goal-driven, and client-focused
