Role Overview:

NodeShift is looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager who is knowledgeable about the Web3 and cloud infrastructure space. This individual should understand crypto culture, stay updated on AI/ML trends, and excel at turning complex topics into engaging, shareable content. Whether it's creating viral Twitter threads, engaging LinkedIn posts, or fun memes, you'll know how to drive conversations that engage developers, builders, and the broader tech community.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase NodeShift’s brand presence on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, and more.
• Content Creation & Management: Create engaging posts, threads, and updates while maintaining a consistent content calendar.
• Community Engagement: Act as the voice of NodeShift in comments, replies, and DMs, fostering conversations and building relationships with the community.
• Campaign Development: Plan and manage Web3-focused campaigns, including community initiatives, referral programs, airdrops, user incentives, and co-branded partnerships.
• Trend Analysis: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and viral moments to keep NodeShift relevant and proactive in its communication.
• Partnerships & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with crypto influencers, KOLs, media outlets, and community leaders to extend NodeShift’s reach.
• Affiliate & KOL Programs: Design and execute collaborative programs with influencers and affiliates to drive user growth and engagement.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• KPI Management: Set performance goals for campaigns and ensure they deliver measurable results based on data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

• Deeply immersed in Web3 culture, with a strong understanding of crypto, decentralized infrastructure, and cloud trends.
• Proven experience in social media management, campaign execution, and community building, preferably in the Web3 or tech space.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft content that resonates with developers, tech enthusiasts, and the Web3 audience.
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
• Confident in building relationships with influencers, KOLs, and external partners.
• Proactive and creative, with the ability to quickly capitalize on emerging trends in the fast-paced Web3 space.
