🔍 About the Role:

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that involves managing Binance’s global social media presence, planning major campaigns, handling crisis communications, and enhancing engagement with the crypto community. You’ll also lead global activations, such as partnerships (e.g., with Cristiano Ronaldo – CR7), and ensure Binance stays connected to the culture and pace of Web3.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Campaign Execution: Plan and lead social media strategies for integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Community Campaigns: Design and execute large-scale global activations and build community-driven initiatives.
• Partnership Support: Develop "always-on" content for major partnerships like CR7.
• Crisis Management: Serve as a key point of contact for real-time issues, sentiment monitoring, and stakeholder consultation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with customer service, design, product, partnerships, and other global social teams.
• Platform Oversight: Manage Binance’s global social media accounts across major platforms — Twitter and TikTok are top priorities.
• Creative Development: Contribute ideas for both regular content and major campaign pushes.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Crypto Culture Engagement: Maintain a strong understanding of crypto trends, memes, sentiment, and community tone.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in social media, content, brand, or community marketing roles.
• Proven crisis management experience with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale integrated campaigns, talent partnerships, or agency collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in growing social channels and delivering results.
• Excellent writing and copywriting skills.
• Native-level English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Deep knowledge of crypto culture, sentiment, and Binance’s product suite.
• Calm under pressure, high ownership, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in remote and/or startup environments.
• Background in content creation or community management on platforms like Discord, Reddit, or Telegram.
