🚀 About the Role

This is a technical AI R&D role where you’ll build autonomous AI agents that can understand tasks, plan, reason, and act—kind of like mini-AI workers. If you're familiar with LangGraph, AutoGen, or agent-based frameworks, this is your playground.

👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities:

• Build intelligent AI agent architectures that reason, plan, and execute
• Develop tool/API integration layers for agents to interact with systems
• Create human-AI collaboration interfaces: think clarifications, follow-ups, feedback loops
• Monitor and optimize agent performance (reliability, accuracy, efficiency)
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to embed agents into workflows
• Keep up with latest research in AI agent systems and apply it practically

📚 Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI, or related field
• 3+ years experience in AI/ML development, specifically with autonomous agent systems
• Strong Python and/or Go skills
• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.
• Solid understanding of RL, planning algorithms, decision-making
• Good system design and workflow orchestration capabilities
• Strong communication & teamwork chops

• Shipped production-grade AI agents in real-world environments
• Experience in cognitive architectures or symbolic reasoning
• Knowledge of safety/alignment techniques for agents
• Familiarity with RAG systems
• Contributions to open-source AI agent projects
• Past participation or awards in ACM/NOI/algorithm contests
