Position: Software Engineer (AI) – AI Agent Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Taipei, Taiwan)

Seniority: Mid to Senior

Focus: Autonomous AI Agents + LLM Integration

Hiring Manager: Zachery Ye (ex-Google, Tencent, TikTok)

🧠 Key Responsibilities

As an AI Agent Engineer, you’ll:

• Architect and build AI agents that:
• Understand user prompts
• Reason through tasks
• Execute multi-step plans
• Develop frameworks for tool/API orchestration (agent tools, plug-ins)
• Enable human-AI collaboration (clarification, feedback, etc.)
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI/agent research (especially LLMs)
• Integrate your work into Binance products, collaborating across teams

✅ Required Skills and Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, or related field
• 💻 3+ years working with AI/ML systems (focus on intelligent agents)
• 🐍 Python, Go/Golang (for production-level backend)
• 🤖 Experience with LLMs like:
• GPT (OpenAI)
• Claude (Anthropic)
• Gemini (Google DeepMind)
• 🧠 Knowledge of:
• LangGraph, AutoGen, or other agent frameworks
• Reinforcement learning, decision trees, planning algorithms
• Prompt engineering
• Tool usage frameworks (agent toolchains, planning, execution)

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade AI agents
• Familiarity with:
• Cognitive architectures
• Symbolic reasoning systems
• AI alignment and safety practices
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Contributions to open-source AI/agent tools or published research
• High-level competition winners (e.g., ACM ICPC, NOI, Kaggle)
