🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• 🔧 Upgrade and maintain blockchain nodes for 55+ protocols.
• ⚙️ Automate the hell out of repetitive ops tasks (goodbye TOIL 👋).
• 🌐 Build internal platforms on top of nodes to reduce effort for other teams.
• 🔄 Manage block freshness, data consistency, and traffic routing logic.
• 🧪 Lead integration testing efforts across blockchain platforms.
• 🚀 Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work across infra.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• You’ve built and scaled production services using SOA (service-oriented architecture).
• Strong coding chops — clean, tested, maintainable code is your default.
• Passion for blockchain and creating an open financial system.
• You love solving high-impact problems and scaling things that matter.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• You’ve worked with blockchain node operations before.
• Obsessed with automation, performance tuning, or fault tolerance.
• You’ve owned backend services end-to-end.
• Experience in DevOps, monitoring, or observability systems.
