About the Role

We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers to help build the infrastructure and tools that power our Stablecoin Ecosystem. This role focuses on integrating with external partners and building scalable backend systems that enable international stablecoin operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful features that expand access to digital assets.

What You’ll Do

Develop backend systems to support a suite of international stablecoins.
Evaluate external APIs and integrate them into internal systems for stablecoin operations.
Work with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to build and deliver product features.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Help define the long-term vision for stablecoin infrastructure and scalability.

What We Look For

2+ years of experience in backend software development.
Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable production systems.
Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture.
Passion for crypto and decentralized finance (DeFi) innovation.

Nice to Have

Experience working in high-growth environments.
Exposure to growth experiments or A/B testing.
Knowledge of blockchain systems (Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc.).
Experience with microservice architecture and tools like Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Sinatra, Postgres, MongoDB, or Redshift.
Crypto-native experience including interacting with Ethereum, ENS, or dApps.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $147,000 – $174,000 USD (based on location)
Includes target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
