What You’ll Do

• Develop high-performance, high-availability trading systems
• Architect robust backend systems for Spot, Futures, Perpetual Futures, and more
• Collaborate with product and design to create top-tier user experiences
• Ship customer-facing features with high business value

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years backend software engineering experience (especially with web-scale systems)
• Experience building and maintaining production services
• Strong attention to product quality, observability, and customer experience
• Passion for mentoring, sharing knowledge, and team collaboration
• Up-to-date with engineering best practices

Nice to Haves

• Experience with active trading systems or high-availability financial services
• Crypto or general trading experience
• Previous work at a startup-to-scale growth company
• Experience with Golang, MongoDB, Redis
• Blockchain or onchain experience (e.g. Ethereum, dApps, ENS, etc.)
