🚀 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Backend Software Engineer to help scale and improve our International Exchange product offering. This team plays a critical role in ensuring global users can access a high-performance, reliable, and secure trading experience.

You’ll build high-throughput backend systems that power trading features used by millions of customers, with a strong focus on scalability, low latency, and crypto accessibility.

💼 Responsibilities

Design and build secure, scalable, cloud-native backend services.
Develop features that empower global crypto traders to manage portfolios efficiently.
Partner with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to shape the technical roadmap.
Maintain and scale real-time, high-performance services.
Deliver clean, well-tested, maintainable code.

✅ Minimum Requirements

2+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically backend systems.
Direct experience building trading systems or working on trading platforms.
Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture.
Excellent coding and system design skills.
Passion for building crypto-enabled systems.

🌟 Nice to Have

Experience in hyper-growth environments.
Familiarity with: Golang, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
Understanding of onchain crypto activity, dApps, ENS, or smart contracts.
Experience contributing to open-source or blockchain projects.

💰 Compensation

Salary Range: ₱1,591,400 PHP / year

Includes bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision).
