As a Backend Engineer, you will work on scalable data pipelines, foundational systems, and developer tools that empower teams company-wide to access and use data efficiently and securely.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Build backend services and data infrastructure using Golang
• Design scalable, reliable cloud-native systems following industry best practices
• Own the end-to-end development cycle: design, code, test, deploy, and maintain
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and leadership
• Solve complex technical challenges to improve performance, observability, and scalability
• Integrate with third-party vendors and ensure robust data flows across systems

✅ What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in backend software engineering
• Hands-on experience with service-oriented architecture and production systems
• High-quality, test-driven code writing and system design skills
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for building an open, inclusive, crypto-powered financial system
