What You'll Be Doing

• Build backend services using Golang.
• Design scalable systems using cloud technology and modern best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, PMs, leadership).
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code for real-time, secure, dockerized cloud infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in software engineering.
• Skills:
• Production service design, scaling, and maintenance.
• High-quality, test-driven development.
• Service-oriented architecture.
• Mindset: Passion for crypto, blockchain, and building open financial systems.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in:
• Company scaling from startup to mid-size.
• Blockchain technologies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, dApps, ENS).
• Decomposing monoliths into microservices.
• Tools: Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, Redshift.
• High-reliability, secure financial systems.
