📌 Position Overview

• Role: Software Engineer, Emerging Talent
• Location: India (Fully Remote)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₹2,675,000 per year (plus bonus, equity, benefits)

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop features for products like Coinbase.com, Wallet, Prime, etc.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code
• Solve large-scale, complex problems in real-time systems with high performance and security requirements
• Help improve platform fraud detection, infrastructure, and user experience

✅ Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in software engineering
• Able to start immediately
• Strong foundation in coding, testing, and debugging
• Self-motivated and open to feedback
• Passionate about crypto and the mission of building a more open financial system

💡 Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with:
• Backend: Golang, Postgres, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Ruby on Rails
• Frontend/Mobile: React Native
• Familiarity with cloud-based and dockerized environments
