About the Job

Join Coinbase’s Consumer Engineering Test Infrastructure (CETI) team as a Frontend Software Engineer. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling automated testing frameworks, enabling fast, reliable product validation. The role involves leveraging AI/ML for smarter testing, driving test automation strategies, and improving developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement automated testing frameworks for Web and Mobile.
• Define strategies for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use AI/ML to optimize test execution and improve coverage.
• Define and track metrics for product quality and developer efficiency.
• Drive best practices across teams to impact development speed and product quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Frontend experience and 4+ years in developing web apps with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies for Mobile and Web.
• Familiarity with current trends in frontend architecture (performance, security, usability).
• Strong skills in writing high-quality, well-tested code.

Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in crypto, including onchain activity, Ethereum, and dApps.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range: $152,405 USD - $179,300 USD
