💸 Compensation

• Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 USD
• Additional Compensation:
• Equity

🚀 Mission & Focus

As a member of the Growth team, your mission will be to:

• Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Build cross-platform product features that increase engagement
• Use data and experimentation to validate ideas and optimize performance

The team is especially focused on user growth through high-impact feature development, data-driven decision-making, and A/B testing.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Full-stack feature development across:
• Web (React, TypeScript)
• Mobile: Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Swift, Objective-C)
• Backend (Python, some Elixir)
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, and Data Science
• Participate in rapid experimentation and iteration
• Help define and build high-quality, engaging user experiences

✅ What They're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with React/React Native, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, Python
• Strong product intuition and user empathy
• Interest in metrics-driven development, experimentation (A/B testing, data dashboards)
• Demonstrated growth mindset and team collaboration
