Summary:

Join Coinbase's Compute team to build and scale Kubernetes infrastructure, improve automation, and support developers in managing containerized services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation and tools for Kubernetes management and developer experience
• Maintain a reliable, scalable, self-healing infrastructure
• Support service owners running critical workloads
• Implement features like cron jobs, deployment strategies, EFS support, and autoscaling

Requirements:

• 2+ years in software engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar (Mesos, Nomad)
• AWS and/or GCP infrastructure knowledge
• Backend development ability
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with crypto/blockchain technologies
• Familiarity with Ethereum, ENS, and dApps
