About the Role

Binance is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Python to join a greenfield project. You will be responsible for end-to-end backend development, AI system integration, and collaborative product delivery in a fast-paced blockchain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and lead backend technology decisions
• Build and optimize scalable, high-performance Java and Python applications
• Drive integration of AI/LLM technologies into backend systems
• Explore open-source AI projects (e.g., Auto-GPT, LangGraph) and their business applications
• Collaborate with frontend, algorithm, and product teams for efficient delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and support team skill development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of backend development experience
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Python
• Solid understanding of LLM architectures and deployment practices
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, message queues, and caching
• Strong system design, code quality, and engineering thinking
• Active learner familiar with open-source AI communities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
