🎯 Role Overview

This is a mid-to-senior level backend engineering position for a greenfield project involving Java, Python, and AI applications. You'll be working cross-functionally on scalable systems, LLM integrations, and modern backend infrastructure.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend architecture and select core technologies.
• Lead and optimize system performance, scalability, and availability.
• Build robust server-side apps and internal tools with Java and Python.
• Collaborate on AI-driven projects, especially involving large language models (LLMs).
• Track and experiment with open-source AI agents (e.g. Auto-GPT, AgentGPT, LangGraph).
• Partner with front-end, product, and algorithm teams to ensure project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve team-wide technical excellence.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Expert in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and strong Python skills.
• Practical experience with large language models (LLMs)—architecture, inference, deployment.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, messaging queues, caching, and databases.
• Capable of leading system design and technical planning independently.
• Actively follows the open-source AI community and applies findings to real use cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
