Rain builds infrastructure enabling stablecoins for real-world use, including payments, cross-border transfers, and B2B purchases. We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to create inclusive global financial solutions.

Role Overview:

Lead technical customer implementations, bridging business needs and engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of Rain’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer implementations from discovery to production.
• Troubleshoot technical integration issues and provide hands-on support.
• Guide customers on API capabilities and platform development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Advocate for customer needs and escalate technical challenges as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Specialist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, especially neobanks or card issuing.
• Familiarity with financial APIs, webhooks, and real-time payment systems.
