Your Mission:

As a Sourcer at CoinTracker, you’ll play a crucial role in finding and attracting exceptional talent to fuel our mission. Your goal is to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates across multiple disciplines to help us continue to scale and grow as a company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and Attract Talent: Identify and attract top-tier candidates for various roles within the company, ensuring we have the right talent to drive crypto adoption.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to identify and attract top talent for CoinTracker.
• Drive Business Impact: Utilize data and insights to enhance sourcing strategies and continuously improve the hiring process.
• High-Quality Pipelines: Build robust, high-quality pipelines by sourcing candidates using creative channels tailored to the cryptocurrency industry, including Web3 jobs, DeFi platform roles, and blockchain technology positions.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals in a timely manner.

What We Look For:

• 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting for various roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi space.
• Impact-Driven: Demonstrated ability to drive business impact by sourcing exceptional talent.
