✅ Core Responsibilities

• Act as a product and domain expert for institutional clients.
• Manage complex workflows involving:
• Cold storage and wallet management
• Crypto/fiat movements
• Incident escalation and reporting
• Client demo calls
• Deliver top-tier client service across channels (voice, email, video).
• Contribute to new business generation through client onboarding and demos.
• Represent the voice of the client to internal product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Drive projects that impact organizational OKRs.

📌 Required Experience

• 4+ years in a client servicing role—ideally within institutional finance or crypto.
• Strong background in:
• Client support (especially institutional)
• Trading or brokerage services
• Crypto/DeFi platforms (a plus)
• Risk and control processes
• Familiarity with global markets and compliance is essential.
• Must be comfortable with supporting high-value clients and working non-standard hours.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

💰 Compensation
