Role Overview

• Manage treasury and banking operations supporting Coinbase’s global fiat payment ecosystem.
• Oversee daily bank account balances, liquidity management, and forecasting across legal entities.
• Ensure smooth operation of client fiat on/off ramps with banking and payment service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve escalated payment issues strategically.
• Maintain accurate safeguarding controls for client fiat funds.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test and launch new payment rails.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in payment operations or banking.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, financial institutions, or internal partners.
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with US and non-US fiat payment rails.
• Experience with compliance, fraud prevention, or trust and safety domains.
• Knowledge of SQL and tools like JIRA and Salesforce Service Cloud.
