Location: Remote – United States

Salary: $95,030 – $111,800 USD

Overview:

Coinbase is seeking a highly skilled Treasury & Banking Operations Specialist to support global payment operations across multiple banking partners and fiat rails. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, finance, and engineering teams to streamline treasury processes and enhance liquidity control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage liquidity across global bank accounts.
• Oversee fiat on/off ramps with banking/payment service providers.
• Resolve escalated payment issues with data-backed insights.
• Track and manage unapplied funds for accurate client safeguarding.
• Support testing and rollout of new payment integrations.
• Act as liaison with banking partners for issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams for regulatory and operational compliance.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in payment operations, treasury, or banking.
• Strong experience with multiple payment rails (US & global).
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to multitask in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Haves:

• SQL proficiency and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Google Suite.
• Experience in compliance, fraud, or global treasury ops.
