About the Role

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Spot Growth Specialist to implement growth strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to execute campaigns and refine strategies based on data analysis and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• User Growth: Develop and execute strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and engagement for Spot Trading
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and regional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns
• Optimization: Analyze performance data to refine and optimize growth strategies
• Market Insights: Monitor user feedback and trends to identify growth opportunities
• Product Support: Assist with go-to-market strategies across departments (e.g., Product, Lifecycle, Marketing)
