This role is pivotal in identifying product opportunities, creating strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with different business units to achieve the best results for Binance's spot trading users.

As a Spot Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for planning business growth, optimizing products and tools, tracking KPIs, and aligning with different teams to maximize spot trading activities. Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Own and contribute to the growth of Binance’s spot trading market share by identifying new product opportunities and innovations.
• Strategy Planning: Understand industry trends and retail users’ needs to create a roadmap for business growth, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• KPI Definition and Tracking: Use data analysis to define, track, and improve KPIs, extracting key insights for performance optimization.
• Product and Tool Optimization: Drive product enhancements and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Cross-BU Alignment: Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment and success across spot trading and active user growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in the financial/crypto industry, focusing on growth aspects of products or services.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain and the Web3 landscape, especially from a retail perspective.
• Community Engagement: Experience in engaging with the community (when necessary) to gather feedback and drive improvements for user growth.
• Collaboration: Past experience working with product and tech teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also providing guidance to team members.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong data analysis skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
• Driven & Quick Learner: A proactive approach, highly driven, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
