About the Role

Binance is looking for a Spot Trading Operations professional to oversee and manage daily trading operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, providing data-driven insights, and supporting rapid business growth. This role requires collaboration across various teams to resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure governance in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Operations: Handle daily trading operational issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to provide insights and track KPIs, suggesting improvements for team performance.
• Team Management: Run a high-efficiency team that supports business growth with minimal supervision.
• Risk Management: Enhance governance and risk management within daily operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units to achieve optimal results for Spot Trading and other departments.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members in their career development and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years in investment banking, the financial industry, or the crypto industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial or blockchain trading, including order books, liquidity, and trading rules.
• Skills: Critical thinking, data-driven analysis, clear and logical thinking, strong communication, and quick learning.
• Collaboration: Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders across regions.
