Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and enhance crypto remote jobs branding.

✅ Build partnerships with leaders driving strategic priorities and communicate key updates across the organization.

✅ Ensure a seamless flow of information, translating complex ideas into engaging content for different audiences.

✅ Strengthen Discord’s employer brand through storytelling campaigns and internal brand advocacy programs.

✅ Drive initiatives that reinforce company culture and increase employee engagement.

What You Should Have

✔️ 5+ years of experience managing internal communications programs.

✔️ Strong business acumen with experience in crypto jobs remote, fintech, or gaming.

✔️ Ability to translate complex concepts into concise, compelling messaging.

✔️ Experience in public and private company communications with a strong employer brand focus.

✔️ Proven track record of collaborating with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points If You Have:

➕ Knowledge of and/or experience using Discord.

➕ Previous ownership of an employer brand program.

➕ Prior PR experience, especially in crypto jobs and web3 jobs remote.

📍 Location: This role must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (LI-Hybrid).

💰 Salary: $167,000 - $184,000 + equity + benefits.
