Role: Senior Key Account Manager - Business Partner Channel
Based in Mumbai (On-site), full-time. This role focuses on managing and growing B2B/channel partnerships in the financial markets, especially broking.
What You Need to Be a HODLer Of
- 2–5 years in broking/financial markets, focusing on B2B or channel partnerships
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and key account management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, startup-style environment ("0 to 1" business vertical)
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Understanding of crypto/blockchain is a plus
- Fluent in Hindi and English; local language skills are a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field with relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Drive service excellence, retention, and cross-selling of CoinDCX products with Business Partners
- Manage partner relationships and deepen product penetration
- Coordinate day-to-day partner queries and requests
- Collaborate internally with compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth client support
- Keep updated on financial markets, products, and competitors for meaningful client interaction
- Meet service levels, KPIs, and ensure full regulatory compliance
