Key Responsibilities
- Lead global lifecycle marketing strategy for activating the marketing-managed customer segment.
- Develop and optimize engagement roadmaps, using champion/challenger strategies.
- Map customer journeys, analyzing critical touchpoints for better commercial opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key trends to drive ongoing program improvements.
- Increase revenue & product adoption through segmentation and targeted lifecycle strategies.
- Experiment with new engagement tactics, optimizing channels and touchpoints at scale.
- Run A/B testing & iterative learning, scaling the most effective growth approaches.
- Share customer insights & performance trends with global and regional teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, cross-sell, and up-sell programs.
- Proven customer conversion, retention, and win-back strategy experience.
- Expertise in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot).
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle communication platforms (Braze, Segment, etc.).
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Growth-focused mindset with a bias for action.
