Team Overview – Coinbase Wallet

Coinbase Wallet enables users to self-custody crypto in a decentralized, censorship-resistant manner. The Wallet team is focused on growth through experimentation, blockchain insights, and user-centric metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define growth strategy and build data-informed roadmaps.
• Design and execute testing frameworks to measure product and marketing impact.
• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to guide product improvements.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Create clear, compelling data narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and scalable analytical tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ with PhD); strong background in analytics and data science.
• Expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (preferably Python).
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Proven track record leading complex analytical projects across teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence strategic decisions.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in crypto or Web3 environments.
• Domain knowledge in product analytics, marketing, or user growth.
