Responsibilities

• Design & Implement Multi-modal ML Models – Create models to extract information from various document types like IDs, proof of address, etc.
• Fine-tune LLMs – Work on models for automated document processing and risk assessment.
• Risk Modeling – Develop models to assess onboarding risk and trigger KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Real-time ML Pipelines – Build systems to detect and prevent risks proactively.
• Collaboration – Work with domain experts to translate their knowledge into ML features and models.
• Scalable Deployment – Deploy models at scale with high availability and low latency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning (or PhD+5).
• MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or other technical fields (PhD preferred).
• Strong developer experience with auto-code generation for ML and distributed applications.
• Expertise in modern ML techniques (DNNs, transformers, LLMs, classification).
• Experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with domain experts.

Nice to Haves

• Background in fraud detection or risk modeling.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations.
• Knowledge of crypto/blockchain technology.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range: $218,025 USD - $256,500 USD
