🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Architect & code backend systems for financial data platforms
• Manage priorities, roadmaps, and delivery across cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers and lead by example
• Integrate with systems like NetSuite, bank APIs, and accounting tools
• Ensure high quality data for reconciliation and financial reporting

📌 Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years designing big data systems (Apache Spark, Hive, etc.)
• Experience working with NetSuite APIs, reconciliation tools, ledgers, and financial transformations
• Knowledge of banking integrations and bank statements (API, file-based, SWIFT)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive engineering excellence

• Experience with Golang, gRPC, Docker, Snowflake, Databricks, Kyriba, Fintech domain
• Familiarity with performance tuning for big data systems
• Collaborating with finance/accounting teams directly
