• Salary Range: $218,025 – $256,500 USD (plus bonus, equity, benefits)

About the Role

• Join the Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team to build platforms that streamline Coinbase’s customer service and compliance processes.
• Focus on enabling agent efficiency using AI/ML-based applications and backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
• Lead AI/ML integrations and assess third-party tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex issues with scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members and advocate best practices in engineering, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with expertise in Golang, React, cloud platforms, and high-scale systems.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML APIs into applications.
• Strong architectural skills, including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, and GraphQL.
• Proficient in Go and backend performance optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT, Python/Ruby, and SaaS platforms.
