We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) for AI & Blockchain Programs to drive AI adoption and blockchain-based innovations across Discord. This role involves leveraging AI to enhance security, scalability, and efficiency while integrating crypto, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions into our operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

🚀 Identify AI & Blockchain Integration Opportunities:

• Analyze workflows across DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and cryptocurrency projects to identify AI-powered optimizations.
• Implement AI-driven fraud detection for blockchain transactions and Web3 applications.
• Explore smart contract automation using AI for Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other crypto networks.

📢 Advocate for AI & Crypto Adoption:

• Develop training materials, whitepapers, and internal initiatives to promote AI usage in Web3 security, NFT verification, and DeFi risk assessment.
• Collaborate with crypto jobs remote teams to integrate AI-powered analytics into blockchain protocols.

🤝 Partner and Innovate:

• Work closely with blockchain engineers, NFT developers, and Web3 security teams to enhance crypto fraud detection, token analytics, and DAO governance automation.
• Develop AI-powered insights for smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi) trends, and NFT trading behavior.

🛠 Drive AI & Blockchain Programs:

• Design and manage large-scale AI-driven cryptocurrency analytics tools, NFT verification systems, and smart contract automation solutions.
• Oversee Web3 community security programs, ensuring AI enhances trust and safety across blockchain networks.

💼 Vendor & Partnership Management:

• Manage AI and blockchain vendor relationships, evaluating partnerships in DeFi security, NFT fraud detection, and crypto analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with Web3 infrastructure providers, decentralized identity projects, and Ethereum scaling solutions.

What You Should Have:

✅ AI Mastery: Proven expertise in machine learning, AI automation, and blockchain data analysis.

✅ Blockchain & DeFi Knowledge: Experience in cryptocurrency trading platforms, smart contract auditing, and NFT marketplaces.

✅ Technical Expertise: Strong experience collaborating with crypto engineers, blockchain developers, and Web3 security researchers.

✅ Advocacy Skills: Ability to promote AI in Web3 security, DeFi risk mitigation, and DAO governance.

✅ Program Management Excellence: Experience driving AI-powered solutions in crypto risk assessment, NFT verification, and decentralized finance.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working across engineering, product, and crypto security teams.

✅ Problem-Solving Orientation: Ability to drive AI-powered blockchain forensics, DeFi compliance, and cryptocurrency fraud prevention.

Bonus Points:

💎 Experience working with Ethereum Layer 2 solutions, DAOs, and DeFi liquidity protocols.

💎 Background in Web3 cybersecurity, Bitcoin analytics, or NFT smart contract auditing.

💎 Proficiency in SQL, Python, Solidity, or AI-driven blockchain analytics.

💎 Familiarity with Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and decentralized identity solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 💰 Base Salary: $205,000 - $225,000 + equity + benefits
