• Reports To: Sat Kriya Khalsa (Sr. Director, TPM / Chief of Staff to CTO)

🎯 Mission of the Role

To champion AI adoption across Discord, identify high-impact use cases, and lead AI-driven internal initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation across both technical and non-technical teams.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Discover AI Opportunities: Analyze internal workflows across departments (especially EPAD: Engineering, Product, Analytics, Design) to find where AI can drive better outcomes.
• Drive Adoption: Build the case for AI internally—create training materials, lead initiatives, and demystify AI for teams at all levels.
• Partner on AI Development: Collaborate with engineering to build custom internal tools and workflows using generative AI, automation, and more.
• Program Leadership: Architect and run large-scale programs to deploy AI solutions across Discord, tracking outcomes and iterating.
• Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships—negotiate deals, evaluate AI tool providers, and be the liaison between Discord and external tech partners.

• Hands-On AI Expertise: You’ve moved well past prompt engineering. You’ve architected or deployed AI systems that enhanced business processes, built internal copilots, or automated complex workflows.
