💬 About the Role

As a Staff TPM for AI Programs at Discord, you'll spearhead the adoption and scaling of AI technologies across the company. This role is strategic, technical, and cross-functional—you’ll not only identify where AI can unlock efficiencies but also advocate for its use and lead programs that drive measurable impact. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations to shape how AI enhances internal workflows and user experiences.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Identify & Analyze: Pinpoint AI use cases across engineering, product, analytics, and design (EPAD) and other departments.
• Advocate & Educate: Promote AI literacy and adoption via training, documentation, and storytelling.
• Collaborate & Build: Work directly with engineers to develop and deploy internal AI tools.
• Lead & Execute: Design and manage large-scale AI initiatives across departments.
• Vendor Oversight: Manage AI vendor relationships, from evaluation to negotiation.
