About the Role

Crypto.com is hiring a Strategy Associate / Senior Strategy Associate to join its fast-growing global team. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, optimize key product lines, and support cross-functional decision-making.

You’ll be empowered to take ownership of end-to-end initiatives, influencing major business decisions across our flagship offerings, including our trading app, loyalty program, Visa card, and crypto payment solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Planning: Support the Strategy team in developing and executing initiatives to enhance commercial performance
• Product Insight: Build expertise in CEX trading, loyalty programs, and crypto payments
• Pricing Strategy: Use data and modeling to optimize pricing across core products
• Market Research: Create research memos and reports that influence product and market strategy
• Cross-functional Coordination: Manage project timelines, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
• Product Development: Contribute to feature and product design, drafting business requirements
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and suggest enhancements to improve engagement and ROI
• Strategic Partnerships: Support evaluation and execution of partnership and investment opportunities
• Forecasting: Project business outcomes and inform strategic pivots with management

Who You Are

Crypto.com looks for driven, intellectually curious professionals who thrive in fast-paced, global environments. Ideal candidates will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, venture capital, or strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel modeling expertise is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
• (Preferred) Experience in SQL, Tableau, or data visualization tools
• (Bonus) Interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging financial tech
• (Bonus) Track record in extracurriculars (e.g., writing, design, sports, etc.)
