Role Overview

Crypto.com is seeking a Strategy Director to play a key role in shaping and driving strategic decisions. This position is based in Hong Kong, but we are open to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong Kong working hours. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, a strong passion for crypto, and is a proven people leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven strategic plans aligned with the company’s goals in the crypto and fintech industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute key initiatives.
• Recommend product pricing, monitor P&L, and adjust strategies where necessary.
• Perform data analysis on users and products to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Support strategic partnerships and investments.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Lead with a “founder’s mentality” and a strong sense of ownership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Based in Hong Kong or able to work in Hong Kong hours (GMT+8).
• Strong interest and good knowledge of the blockchain/crypto industry; familiarity with DeFi is a plus.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, and experience managing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is a plus (but not required).
